These instructions refer to using products within the creating order/quote page of ODB. Which can be found in admin → odb → create new quote/order.
Personally, I find the inclusion of “admin” confusing – it makes me look for an “admin” button.
I would either remove the word “admin” or change to:

Find a customer

When on the new quote/order page, to find a customer, go to the “find customer” input box in the customre customer information section and start typing, after . After at least 3 characters have been typed, results will be displayed in a dropdown.

When a customer is selected, it will use that customer for the order.
If you are making creating a new customer, you simply fill in their details in the box complete the details and carry on with the order.
