If a customer accepts a quote, they can click the check out now link in the email and directly purchase the agreed order through the website interface with no additional interaction.
The can also select a quote from the my quotes table in the customer area.
When a quote has been selected, the customer is locked into the address and items that they have specified for the quote, they cannot add to it or change the quantities of the items.
The may exit this by clicking the cancel quote purchase in the top right hand corner.
