Magmanager not importing comma-separated values
In some instances, mag manager will not accept comma-separated values for things like attribute options.
This means that the attributes all get added together as options like this “a,b,c” instead of “a” , “b” , “c”.
First of all, ensure that your attribute is set to multi-select. If not you will need to delete it and remake it.
If this is not the problem and the issue occurs even if you have set the correct delimiter in your import it’s possible there is a software issue and the delimiter is not changing as it should.
Often in this case it will only accept the “|” character. Try using find and replace to swap your delimiter (normally a comma) with the “|” character.
To verify this, and potentially identify a different character your mag manager is accepting, try adding some options to an attribute, selecting multiple options for a product, then exporting a product with that attribute selected. Although the export will ask you to specify a delimiter, it may export the data with a different one. Use this one on the import and the problem should resolve.
