Bootstrap Configuration Defaults

Page Summary
The Lumarix bootstrap has many options pre-configured. The intention of these configurations is NOT to provide a fully functional store bespoke to a clients needs but instead to significantly reduce the setup time and ensure basic configurations are met.
The main assumption of the Bootstrap default is a UK business selling B2B and B2C with the majority of business in the UK and some in EU.
You should always check the configuration and before choosing to launch the store into a live environment.
Country
We assume the UK as default country in our bootstrap configuration.

The bootstrap by default is configured to handle VAT on taxable products.
The bootstrap by default is preloaded with EU tax rates from this source https://github.com/yireo/Magento_EU_Tax_Rates. There is no guarantee of the correctness of this data as is intended as a supporting start point.
Customer Groups
Customer groups are configured for basic automatic assignment based on VAT ID provision and validation as per the Magento guide
